Acting on behalf of the freehold owners, Goadsby Planning & Environment has received planning permission for the construction of a mezzanine floor and installation of new windows at 12 Branksome Business Park, Poole.
The business park was built approximately 6 years ago, and the new consents will help local companies to expand.
In addition to submitting the applications, Goadsby CAD Services prepared the plans and Goadsby Commercial currently has a letting arranged for the premises.
