The early adoption of its new Virtual Tour software is already paying dividends for East Midlands commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
NG has seen a rapid uptick in new instructions during the last two weeks – at the rate of two a day – on the back of the agency’s new service, which allows 24/7 access for those looking for suitable premises for their business. It also provides a more realistic perspective of a property and allows the viewer to direct themselves around when floorplans aren’t available.
The new instructions include six office premises, four industrial properties, two retail units and two investment opportunities.
