Carter Jonas’s south west commercial team has secured a new tenant at Shield Retail Centre in Filton, Bristol, with Easy Bathrooms agreeing a 10-year lease on 3,000 sq ft of retail space. Easy Bathrooms has more than 50 showrooms nationwide, including one at Wilverley Trading Estate, in Brislington, Bristol.
Shield Retail Centre is a well-established, easily accessible shopping destination comprising part of Eagle One’s retail and leisure portfolio. The 60,000 sq ft centre is home to a mix of convenience and destination retailers including Home Bargains, Snow + Rock and Farm Foods, and leisure operators Brewers Fayre, Premier Inn and KFC.
Carter Jonas was instructed alongside MacArthur Wilson in November last year to secure a new tenant for Unit 9, previously occupied by Bathstore.
