Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of the industrial/warehouse unit at popular Whaddon Business Park on a new four-year lease at a quoting rent of £8,500 per year.

Whaddon Business Park is adjacent to the A36 at the junction of the Alderbury bypass, about four miles to the south east of Salisbury.
