An ambitious building maintenance and facilities firm has expanded into larger premises after a deal completed by commercial property specialists during the Covid-19 lockdown.
TBS Limited has moved into Unit 21A on Colwick Industrial Estate in Nottingham after outgrowing its previous HQ. The deal was brokered by Sunny Landa at NG, on behalf of his client Radford Holdings.
James Orange started TBS as a one-man business – the firm now employs eight people and is set for further expansion after moving to its new premises,
James said: “We expanded into the new unit as we were in a shared office block and it just wasn’t practical anymore for our growing business.
“The new premises gives us more independence and with easier access to our equipment or plant. This will mean we can carry on growing the company and hopefully expand further.
“NG Chartered Surveyors were fantastic I couldn’t fault them. Sunny explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. This made the whole experience easy, smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend them.”
Sunny added: “It’s always a pleasure to help any growing firm realise their ambition to move into larger premises, but it becomes even more satisfying when a deal is completed under such trying circumstances as we’re all experiencing at present.
“Our client is delighted to have secured a such a quality tenant and James and TBS can look forward to very bright future indeed.”
