Exeter-based chartered surveyors Stratton Creber Commercial have let an industrial unit at Honiton’s Heathpark Industrial Estate on behalf of the owner and former occupier.
Unit E2 Reme Drive is a modern mid-terrace unit in a terrace where neighbouring occupiers include Driveway Transformations and Contact Devon Building Contractors. It provides clean, heated and energy-efficient workshop or warehouse space, plus a large office.
The unit has been let to a local funeral director, for their long-term expansion.
Stratton Creber Commercial are also marketing new-build trade counter units at Honiton Gateway, a proposed scheme alongside the supermarket at the entrance to the estate, which has prominence to the A30. The firm’s other recent involvement on the estate includes the acquisition of a unit for Exeter-based Jurassic Fibre.
