Savills has expanded its lease consultancy team with the appointment of Simon Naylor who joins as a director at the firm’s Margaret Street head office, London.
Specialising in industrial and logistics property, Simon has been working within the sector for more than 15 years. Focusing on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring, he also has experience acting as an expert witness in regards to arbitration, expert determination, as well as submissions to court, for a range of both investor and occupier clients. Prior to joining Savills, Simon worked in the industrial lease advisory team at JLL.
Simon’s new role will see him work alongside the industrial agency and investment teams, helping to strengthen relationships with existing clients and winning new business.
