Leading real estate fund manager PRUPIM has agreed two lettings totalling 18,500 sq ft at its Imperium office building in Reading.
Landmark Promap, which provides access to Ordnance Survey data to those in the property and construction sectors, has taken 14,300 sq ft on the first floor of the building on a lease that expires in 2022. The company is part of the Daily Mail Group.
IT services provider Bluefish Communications, which is owned by Vodafone, has signed a five-year lease on 4,200 sq ft in the building, which is close to junction 11 of the M4.
The quoting rent at Imperium is £22.50 per sq ft and 53,607 sq ft now remains available.

We believe that Imperium offers a highly efficient working environment in a superb office location with excellent transport links. This has been affirmed by lettings to Deloitte, and now to these two new tenants.”
