Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) has let the seventh floor of Endeavour House, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2 to Zebra Technologies Europe, the European arm of Zebra Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: Zbra).
The existing lease to Adobe Systems Europe Limited has been surrendered and a new 10-year lease completed subject to a tenant option to determine after five years. Zebra Technologies Europe has agreed a rent of £78.50 per sq ft on a floor of 7,694 sq ft.
Endeavour House is a well located, high quality office building benefitting from a diverse range of occupiers including Neilsen, Quantcast and Knotel. The only remaining vacancy is on the second floor (11,239 sq ft).
