Two new occupiers have taken new leases on business units at an industrial trade park on the northern outskirts of Cambridge, confirms Barker Storey Matthews (now part of Eddisons) who, with Cheffins, acted as joint agent for the landlord.
The industrial units let – Unit 18 and Unit 25 – are at Glenmore Business Park, Waterbeach, seven miles north of Cambridge.
They are modern, mid-terraced business units with the main space on the ground floor and additional accommodation at mezzanine level. Both units are of a similar size – Unit 18 at 1,219 sq ft (113.3 sq m) and Unit 25 at 1,233 sq ft (114 sq m).
