Rosanna Lake has joined CBRE Bristol as a Graduate Surveyor and is one of twenty seven graduates taken on by CBRE nationally this year as part of their in-house development programme.
Rosanna graduated from Nottingham University with a 2:1 classification in Economics and Spanish BA (hons) is currently on course for a distinction in a masters in Real Estate Management at the University of the West of England (UWE). Her dissertation examines ‘The decline of the high street.’
With Rosanna’s appointment, the CBRE Bristol team now numbers thirty seven people, working across a wide range of commercial and residential services.
Commenting on her appointment, Rosanna Lake said; “At CBRE I have the opportunity to experience a wide range of property sectors before choosing an area of specialisation, as well as working towards my further qualifications in a structured, professional and supportive environment.”
Outside of work Rosanna is a fan of Spanish culture, a keen runner and has just taken up cycling – a sport that CBRE are heavily involved in having just organised the Bristol Property Agents Association’s annual Cyclosportive.
