Joining from Birmingham-based Blackswan Property, Claudine will support the established team with the increasing number of schemes being developed by the business across the residential and commercial sectors.

Claudine said: “I am thrilled to be joining Godwin Developments at a time when the business is growing its portfolio and capabilities across a number of sectors nationally, despite the present challenges in our sector.
“The last few years have helped me expand my hands-on experience in property development considerably and I am looking forward to building on this with Godwin and its clients. I will also continue to pursue my full membership of RICS, which I am hoping to complete over the next couple of years.”
Richard Cornes, managing director at Godwin Developments, added: “I am pleased to welcome Claudine to the business and am sure that she will be an invaluable member of our busy development team.”
