Commercial property advisor Knight Frank’s Sheffield team has been boosted with the appointment of Harry Orwin-Allen as a Graduate Surveyor.
Sheffielder Harry, 22, joins the award-winning commercial agency department where he will work with clients and developers across the Sheffield city region.
Harry graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Real Estate in 2019, which included a placement year and ongoing work within the valuation consultancy at GVA, now Avison Young, balancing both education and a professional role, before joining Knight Frank.
During his three years at Avison Young, Harry was involved with a multitude of instructions across a number of asset classes including land, industrial, retail and offices across the wider Yorkshire region and is now looking to sit his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become qualified as a Chartered Member of RICS.
Harry said: “The chance to come back to Sheffield and work within such a well-known company in Knight Frank was unpassable. I join a very strong team continually recognised as providing considered, professional and innovative advice and services.
“Admittedly, it has been a slightly unconventional beginning to my Knight Frank career with remote working from home the new reality, owing to the current unprecedented period we all find ourselves in.
“However, with fantastic online on-boarding and digital systems, the transition has been seamless and it is very much business as usual here at Knight Frank. For that, I am delighted and equally extremely thankful to be joining such a dynamic and forward thinking company.”
