Nuveen Real Estate has let the ground floor of 22 Worple Road, Wimbledon to private medical practice Fortius Group Limited.
The new tenant, which specialises in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal treatments, has taken a 15-year unbroken commitment on the 7,793 sq ft of space at a rent of £48.50 per sq ft.
Located in the heart of Wimbledon and in close proximity to Wimbledon Station, 22 Worple Road has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment designed by renowned architect BuckleyGrayYeoman.
The letting to Fortius Group Limited follows the third floor letting in late 2019 to Envoy Digital at £53.50 per sq ft. The property has further space available to let on the first, second and fourth floors, totalling 24,788 sq ft, with a quoting rent for the remaining accommodation of £55.00 per sq ft.
