Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed James Redman as partner to head its lease advisory team in Bristol.
He joined from Alder King Bristol where he worked within the Professional Services team, undertaking landlord & tenant and valuation work.
The lease advisory team carries out lease restructures, lease renewals and rent reviews for a wide range of industrial, office and retail clients on both the landlord and tenant side, across the South West and South Wales.
James, who is 38, said: “Joining Knight Frank represents a great opportunity to join a very well-respected business which is truly a global brand.”
James Redman has acted as an Expert Witness in numerous rent review arbitrations and independent expert determinations and recently became one of the few people in the South West to be appointed to the RICS President’s Panel of Independent Experts for Rent Review and Lease Renewal dispute resolution.
