Harel Insurance, represented jointly by the Colliers City Fringe team and Richard Susskind & Co, has secured new occupiers Conran+Partners at 30a Great Sutton Street in Clerkenwell.
The architecture firm has agreed a new lease on the ground and lower ground floors (8,615 sq ft) at the property as part of the firm’s expansion. Having just undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, 30a Great Sutton Street provides a total of 25,319 sq ft of modern and creative office space with full height glazing, 40 cycle spaces, new showers and exposed services throughout.
The property is located in the heart of the vibrant Clerkenwell district boasting a wide array of showrooms, shops, bars, restaurants and gyms, as well as being within walking distance of Barbican and Farringdon, which will soon be a Crossrail station.
Oliver Jay, associate director in the City Fringe team at Colliers International, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Conran+Partners to 30a Great Sutton Street from its previous office in SE1. The move is reflective of the desire that we have seen for creative offices in Clerkenwell, as the district continues to become a major hub for a whole range of media, design and tech firms.”
Space on the first, second and third floors of 30a Great Sutton Street is still available through Colliers International.
Conran+Partners was advised by Savills.
