Accessibility and visibility are features which has attracted Premier Car Supermarket to acquire a site on the outskirts of Kettering for its expanding Midlands dealership brand.
The prime 3.55 acres of land – facing the busy A43 at its junction with the A14 at Junction 8 – have been purchased from TansorZiran, represented by Prop Search and Berrys; and Premier Car Supermarkets represented by Tolmers Property Services. The dealership will be located adjacent to a new 1,800 sq ft drive-thru facility for Costa, at the entrance to the recently constructed 270,000 sq ft industrial warehouse development; Cransley Park – speculatively built by St Francis Group and the Richardson Family
Premier Car Supermarket already has established showrooms in Derby and Leicester, stocking a range of cars to suit all budgets and lifestyles. The company also has a wealth of experience in arranging finance and works with a range of lenders to get the best deals for its customers.
Premier Car Supermarket, Chief Executive, Neil Chapman said: “We are delighted to announce our intention to bring this growing brand to a new store in Kettering, and proud to be generating a number of new jobs and exciting new business opportunities for the town and surrounding areas.”
“The new site is in a great location and gives us access to thousands, if not millions of potential customers within a specific drive time radius. Car buyers will now have better access to our convenient, friendly and guided buying experience and hundreds of cars across the Midlands.”
A further development by TansorZiran at the entrance to Cransley Park will see the development of Cransley Court, offering a range of small to medium sized business units of between 2,500 sq ft and 16,250 sq ft, that will be constructed to an excellent level of specification and will be available on both a virtual freehold and leasehold basis.
Early expressions of interest are already being progressed, and further information in respect of Cransley Court can be obtained from the joint agents Prop-Search.
