Leading property advisors APB (Leicester) LLP, working alongside joint agents Avison Young, have overseen the successful letting of just over 10,000 sq ft of office space at Wheatfield Way, Hinckley. Bloor Homes Limited have taken the space to facilitate the relocation of their East Midlands Division.
The offices at Wheatfield Way are very prominent building fronting the A47. The office provides modern open plan accommodation with raised access floors, air conditioning and ample car parking. Bloor Homes have taken the first floor. The ground floor is available, although there are encouraging levels of interest from other parties.
Reg Pollock, a partner at APB, commented “the letting has been achieved in exceedingly difficult times amid the COVID-19 pandemic. In light of the latest Government advice, APB along with our professional partners, were working remotely, but were able to complete the letting in a timely manner. This transaction illustrates that with hard work and commitment from all parties’ deals can still be done”.
Reg as commented that “the letting of this scale of offices demonstrates the appeal of Hinckley, as a central office location within the UK, offering excellent connectively with the Midlands region”.
Bloor Homes were represented by CBRE.
