Long-established Bristol haulier Richard Tovey Transport has leased a warehouse and offices on Severnside Trading Estate in Avonmouth.
The company has taken a 10 year lease at 202K Burcott Road, a 13,347 sq ft (1,239.98 sq m) refurbished end of terrace unit. Global real estate adviser Knight Frank represented the landlord, Epic Staunton LLP, and Clews & Co represented the tenant.
Richard Tovey Transport was formed in 2000 and provides a range of transport services including general haulage, HIAB cranes and Airfreight and Seafreight collections and deliveries.
