Carter Jonas have recently sold Queens Hall, on Minehead seafront, with panoramic views over the sea. Queens Hall over the years has been an amusement arcade, indoor market and more recently a sports bar.
The property on ground floor including a bar facility and at first floor a VIP lounge with a terrace overlooking the sea. At second floor there was a 1 bed managers flat which was internally accessed. At lower ground floor level there was another bar which was fitted out as a nightclub.
