Acting on behalf of two private landlords, Sibbett Gregory has let 7,090 sq ft of office accommodation at Harbour House in Poole to Coles Miller Solicitors LLP.
Harbour House forms part of the Marshes End office development in Upton Road. The development is located just two miles from Poole town centre. It can be accessed directly from the Holes Bay Road (A350).
Coles Miller has taken two suites of offices; the larger comprising 4,690 sq ft and the smaller 2,400 sq ft.
Jayne Sharman, Director of Sibbett Gregory, said: “We were delighted to conclude a letting of these offices to Coles Miller Solicitors on behalf of two private clients.
“This edge-of-town location provides excellent on-site parking. Coles Miller will occupy modern accommodation alongside Towergate Insurance, School Business Services Ltd and 365 IT.”
Coles Miller is retaining its head office in Parkstone Road, Poole and its other offices in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Broadstone and Wimborne.
The new Marshes End office will be home to Coles Miller’s commercial, litigation, commercial property, debt recovery, personal injury and medical negligence teams.
Neil Andrews, Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial Department at Coles Miller, said: “We had been searching for new office accommodation to meet our current needs and to allow for planned growth over the next few years. Our new Marshes End office will allow us to meet our objectives.
“With plenty of client parking and access to the Upton bypass, we will be easily accessible. We look forward to welcoming our existing clients and new clients to Marshes End,” he added.
