Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 779 Christchurch Road, Boscombe to Bournemouth Alcohol & Drug Service User Forum who will open the retail premises as a charity shop.
The premises comprise a sales area of 504 sq ft together with 391 sq ft of ancillary space, and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 4 years. The quoting rent was £8,000 per annum, exclusive.
