HERE’s annual public Christmas Fair was back again for 2019 with one of the largest attendances since it started three years ago of over 1400 visitors throughout the day. An annual event hosted at the HERE Office Building in Bristol for the local community saw around 20 stalls, all selling fantastic products, perfect for Christmas presents.
The large reception and communal business and social lounge/cafe was transformed into a winter wonderland and in addition to the stalls, a free children’s craft area allowed the younger crowd to enjoy making their very own Christmas decorations. The onsite Friska café kept attendees fuelled with coffee, mulled wine and tasty delights allowing them to make the most of their browsing and shopping.
HERE is a prominent office building on Bath Rd, Bristol that is home to a diverse range of tenants and businesses from start-up companies in the serviced office space up to ITV, a long standing conventional tenant. Although HERE has attracted a large number of tech and media companies, it is also home many other sectors, creating a vibrant and mixed business community close to the city centre.
The building was purchased for clients by Ashville who undertook a refurbishment of the building and redesigned much of the unused space for additional communal areas and office suites as part of the first phase of works. The building now provides ample parking, a large communal social and business lounge, meetings rooms and it’s very own games room for tenants to use. In addition numerous social and business events are held for tenants throughout the year to support its business community.
We’re also excited that the launch of the new phase of works is near completion which will see a further 15,000 sq ft of high specification office accommodation in various sized suites starting around 1,200 sq ft upwards. The works will also include new indoor secure cycle storage along with further shower and changing room facilities for the building.
