Marshall Group Properties, advised by Savills, has sub-let Suite 355 of the Quorum on Barnwell Drive in Cambridge to Apogee Corp Ltd.
Europe’s largest multi-brand provider of managed print and outsourced services has agreed to a new five-year lease and will occupy 1,570 sq ft on the second floor of the three storey office building. This latest deal means the 60,880 sq ft (5,655 sq m) scheme is now fully let.
