Greywell Shopping Centre has instructed Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell as both sole letting agent and its professional adviser in a double appointment at the popular Hampshire shopping centre.
Located between Havant and Rowlands Castle, Greywell was originally opened by actor Sid James in 1966, and landlord Havant Assets Ltd undertook a major refurbishment of the centre three years ago which attracted a number of new tenants.
Commenting on the double instruction, Director Tom Holloway said: “We are delighted to have been appointed as sole letting agent and with increasing Landlord and Tenant activity, there are some well located units coming back to the market shortly.
“Over the last couple of years, occupation at Greywell has been almost at capacity. With recent lease activity, we have seen a number of new tenants come into the shopping centre, and several key occupiers have either extended or taken new leases on existing space.”
