Ekistics Property Advisors LLP has appointed Manchester-based Till Asset Management as Investment Manager to build on the evolution of Exchange Quay, one of the largest office developments in the North West.
Property business, Till Asset Management brings a wealth of investment and asset management expertise to the team, having built a firm reputation within the region for delivering maximum returns for investors on key developments such as Manchester International Office Centre and Albany Building, Liverpool.
Till Asset Management directors Les Lang and Liam MacCarthy have more than 50 years combined experience across a diverse property portfolio. Les has worked on a variety of roles as a consultant, fund manager and developer, whilst Liam, an exceptional analyst, has delivered development and investment projects in the UK and Europe.
Exchange Quay has been transformed in recent years to upgrade the acclaimed scheme to Grade A specification and with a remodelled public realm and amenity offering, it has introduced several retail outlets and extensive occupier facilities. Additionally, it is one of the few office developments in the region that also offers its own children’s day nursery.
26,000 sq ft of newly refurbished offices and a café lounge bar, part of the scheme’s ICE concept, have also been recently unveiled at the 435,000 sq ft development. ICE forms part of the waterside development’s plans to maximise the occupier offer and to encourage a cohesive, collaborative community for its circa 4,000 tenants.
Till Asset Management joins the Exchange Quay team, including advisors, Ekistics Property Advisors LLP; managing agent CBRE and joint letting agents JLL and Canning O’Neill.
Till Asset Management will work closely with Ekistics to continue to build upon the development’s successful track record and grow its occupier base.
Over the last 18 months, the scheme has attracted a wide range of occupiers including JLA, ManpowerGroup, American conglomerate 3M, BEAUTY BAY, Space & Time Media, ProofID and insurance firm 1st Central.
