Knight Frank, the leading global property adviser, has strategically expanded its UK hotels team with the appointment of Nick Boyd and Matthew Smith as Partners, in addition to three other new hires.
Boyd joins as partner in the Hotel Valuations team, having over 25 years of hotel valuation experience across the UK and Europe, and was formerly Hotels & Leisure Operations Director at Lambert Smith Hampton. Smith joins the Hotel Agency team, having 17 years of dedicated sales and acquisitions experience in the UK regional hotel market. These senior appointments will further enhance Knight Frank’s market-leading hotel brokerage and valuations services.
Knight Frank has made three further new hires, appointing Blair Abel to hotel valuations and Kostas Erotokritou and Chris Field to hotel agency to further strengthen and support its growing hotels team. This reflects the need to service the increasing rise of institutional investment in the alternatives sector which encompasses hotels.
