Arlington has agreed a 10 year lease with Perspectum Diagnostics for 24,257 sq ft at the newly refurbished Building 5520 at Oxford Business Park. The deal consolidates the firm’s Oxford offices under one roof, having previously occupied smaller premises both within the Park and in Oxford city centre.
The healthcare technology specialist will occupy the first and second floors at Building 5520,benefitting from: the Park’s brand new customer hub known as The Oxford Factory and The Oxford Works, which provides a new restaurant together with work desks, meeting spaces, including a seminar theatre and space for additional services such as yoga classes. Building 5520 is on the doorstep of the new Market Place, an outdoor social meeting place with a Café and table tennis tables for customers to use.
