Savills, on behalf of Armitage Brothers Limited, has sold the freehold of the former Armitage Distribution Centre on Colwick Industrial Estate in Nottingham to JRL Group Limited.
The property comprises 51,610 sq ft (4,795 sq m) of good quality industrial space. Already present on the estate, the integrated construction solutions firm will use the additional unit to further facilitate its expansion within Nottingham.
