KFC will join Travelodge and Marston’s on Wincanton Gateway, having recently acquired and obtained planning consent for a Drive Thru on a 0.7 acre plot.
The site was owned by Hopkins Developments, who are marketing the remaining plots through joint agents, Edward Preece &Co, Williams Gunter Hardwick and Goadsby. Rowley Hughes Thompson advised KFC.
