HSKS Greenhalgh, the Midlands firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, has moved its Nottingham office into contemporary office space in the city’s professional district.
With assistance from Rob Maxey of Nottingham-based chartered surveyors heb, the Nottingham team has moved into contemporary new office space in Park Row, which will create a more streamlined way of working.
Nigel Shaw, CEO of HSKS Greenhalgh, said: “Compared to our previous premises, the modern, open plan office space at Butt Dyke House is more representative of our brand, as well as being conveniently located in the city centre.
“We are very much aware of the advantages of our team working in an open plan environment, having relocated our Derby, Burton and Uttoxeter offices in recent years, and we look forward to our Nottingham clients also reaping these benefits.
The company, which was formed following the merger between Greenhalgh and HSKS last year, employs 65 people across the group and specialises in providing business advisory, taxation, audit and corporate finance services.
HSKS Greenhalgh has taken the 3,000 sq ft third floor suite at Butt Dyke House, Park Row in a deal brokered by Rob Maxey.
Rob said: “HSKS Greenhalgh wanted self-contained contemporary office space in the professional district of Nottingham and heb was happy to assist.
“Butt Dyke House is superior office accommodation in an area where HSKS Greenhalgh will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of DTZ, Allied Irish Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.”
