Bulleys, the leading Midlands industrial and commercial property consultancy, has appointed an experienced chartered surveyor to its expanding Management Department.
Paul Causer has joined Bulleys after more than 35 years of experience working in Birmingham and the West Midlands for the private and public sectors, including roles with LSH, King Sturge (JLL), Bruton Knowles, CBRE and, most recently, Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
Mr Causer is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been one of its Assessment of Professional Competence assessors for more than 25 years. He is also a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation.
Steve Perriton, a partner at Bulleys who leads the Management Department, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Paul into our expanding team as he is one of the most experienced and respected property surveyors in the Midlands.
“Paul has specialised in property and asset management since 2002 having previously dealt predominantly with valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties.
“He is therefore ideally suited to assist Bulleys and our management clients’ requirements as our work in that area continues to grow.
“Paul has quickly become part of our professional team who have all been specifically selected on the basis of their knowledge and experience within the region, their qualifications and professionalism.
“This focus on the right staff has enabled us to continually develop and improve the services we offer to our management clients, which together with innovation has been one of the key building blocks driving our recent growth in client assets under management.”
Mr Causer said: “I’m pleased to be part of the team at Bulleys, which has built an enviable reputation as local specialists in the field of industrial and commercial property consultancy.
“Its wealth of experience and ability to deliver, makes it one of the leading property consultants in the Midlands and I’m determined to help drive its growing status in the area of property management.”
