Kames Capital has sold the long leasehold interest of Bridge House, Bristol to CBRE Global Investors.
Bridge House is located in the city centre on Baldwin Street with close proximity to the city’s retail, leisure and office offering. The property totals 43,167 sq ft (4,010 sq m) of accommodation arranged over ground and six further floors. The ground floor provides retail accommodation and the upper floors, office accommodation.

Kames Capital were represented by Savills, CBREGI were represented by V7 Asset Management who will be retained on the comprehensive refurbishment of the office.
