Arrow Capital Partners, the investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has appointed Paul Surian as Investment Manager Europe.
In this role, Paul will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and completing on European transactions across mandates and joint ventures as well as having responsibility for investment performance.
Paul joins Arrow Capital Partners having worked six years as a transactions manager with responsibility for sourcing and underwriting real estate deals across Europe, previously working with Katherine Parker and Christian Bearman at Valad Europe. Prior to this he was a property investment analyst at AMP Capital.
He holds a BA in business property from the University of Western Sydney.
Backed by AMB Capital, one of Australia’s largest family offices, Arrow Capital Partners was set up in 2015 by Martyn McCarthy, Managing Partner and Kurt Wilkinson, Partner, with its expansion into Europe being led by Christian Bearman, Partner, Head of Europe.
As a real estate investor and operator, Arrow Capital Partners targets equity and debt opportunities, specialising in cross-border transactions where it can use its platform and balance sheet to invest with US and Asia-Pacific investors into Europe, as well as European and US investors into the Asia-Pacific region.
