Property consultants Alder King have let a modern industrial unit on Millstream Business Park in Taunton to the UK’s largest independent car parts supplier to spearhead its expansion into Somerset.
GSF Car Parts, which operates a network of over 70 stores across the UK, has taken Unit 1 on a new 10 year lease. The building totals 2,658 sq ft (2,469 sq m) property and comes with five car parking spaces.
Andrew Maynard of Alder King, acting on behalf of a private landlord, says that the building offers convenient accommodation in an easily accessible position close to the amenities of the town centre.
“This letting to a successful expanding business represents excellent security for our client,” he says.
GSF Head of Property, Ben Briant, commented: “GSF is the largest, privately-owned distributor of car parts and equipment to the motor trade and general motorist, and the new Taunton site is part of our expansion plans.
