Scottish Widows Unit Funds, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe, has sold the Next unit at Searle Crescent, Weston-super-Mare to The Representative Body of the Church of Wales for £3.95 million, a net initial yield of 5.5%.
The property comprises 18,874 sq ft and is let for a further 8 years at a passing rent of £12.02 per sq ft. Cluttons represented the purchaser.
