Acting on behalf of Cheshire County Council Pension Fund, Hellier Langston, have completed another letting at Fort Wallington Industrial Estate in Fareham. Unit E1 (4,575 sq ft) has been let to roof suppliers Permaroof South on a ten year lease at a rent equating to £5 per sq ft.
Permaroof have established themselves as the leading supplier of rubber flatroof systems and the new unit will allow them to continue their expansion as well as providing additional support and training in the installation of their products.
