Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund has agreed three new lettings at Stadium Trade and Business Park, Stadium Way, Reading. The deals set a new record rent for the Park at £9 per sq ft.
Frozen food and ice-cream wholesaler Eden Farm has signed a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years and no rent free period, on Unit 19 comprising 6,566 sq ft.
Independently owned micro-brewery Double Barrelled Brewery has signed a 10 year lease, with 5 year break and four months rent free, on Unit 20 comprising 6,878 sq ft.
A deal has also been struck on similar terms with an undisclosed tenant for Unit 21, comprising 8,378 sq ft.
Other tenants on the Park include Howdens, ITP, Grant & Stone, Screwfix, Plumb Centre, Halfords Autocentres, Benchmark Kitchens, Al Murad DIY Limited, AT&T GB Ltd and Mr Clutch.
Units are available on the estate from 6,000 sq ft to 18,500 sq ft.
