Bristol-based TAY Recruitment has moved out of serviced office accommodation at Aztec West into its first leased premises at Almondsbury Business Centre in north Bristol.
The company, which specialises in recruitment for the construction industry, has taken a refurbished ground floor suite in Bredon House, one of nine office buildings at Almondsbury Business Centre.
They join other new occupiers Direct Asset Finance, KDC, Ambro Systems and Briggs & Forrester who have all taken accommodation on the estate over the past 12 months.
TAY Recruitment agreed a five year lease with the landlord Skelton Group at a rent of £15 per sq ft. Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for Skelton while TAY Recruitment was unrepresented.
This latest letting leaves just 2,500 sq ft of office space remaining on the park. This is available as a whole or can be split into three smaller suites of approximately 800 sq ft.
Tom Dugay, associate in Alder King’s Bristol office, commented: “Almondsbury Business Centre provides modern well-specified offices close to the M4/M5 motorway network and Parkway station. It continues to be popular with a wide range of occupiers attracted to the estate by the generous car parking allocation, landscaped setting as well as the quality of the refurbished space available which includes LED lighting.
“The suite is an excellent choice for TAY’s first traditionally leased office space.”
