Top tier global real estate services and investment management company, Colliers International has announced that Rob Hargreaves has joined the company as a consultant in its Retail division, to develop its retail London Tenant Representation business.

Rob is joining to expand our already well established international client portfolio, forging strong relationships with global retailers, bringing them to the capital. He will also be responsible for capturing our ‘prime streets’ leasing mandates.”
Rob, who has over 16 years’ experience in the retail sector, joins Colliers from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a director in the central London retail team for several years. Prior to this, he worked at Savills. He started in the profession at niche retail practices, CWM and Blair Kirkman. Throughout his career, Rob has developed a diverse client base, including major institutional landlords, global retail groups, property companies, start up and new entrant retailers.
