Knight Frank Research team bolstered by five appointments

Knight Frank, the global real estate adviser, has boosted its market-leading commercial research department, announcing five new appointments to the team.

Alice Marwick joins as an Associate, focusing on European research. Starting her career at Real Capital Analytics, Alice covered the Southern European and Latin American commercial property markets before joining Savills’ European Commercial Research team for three years.

John Watts has been appointed as a Senior Analyst, focusing on Capital Markets research. Joining from JLL in Brisbane, Australia, John was responsible for providing investment advice on a variety of Australian real estate sectors, with an emphasis on Brisbane and Queensland.

Analysts Ruslana Golemdjieva, Dewi Spijkerman and Gus Dijkstra, have also joined the commercial research team, focusing on UK cities, retail and industrial sectors, respectively.
