Savills and Bray Fox Smith, on behalf of Aberdeen Standard Investments, has completed a major office letting to IMG Studios at 4 Longwalk Road on Stockley Park, near Heathrow.
Already occupying 114,000 sq ft (10,590 sq m) at neighbouring 5 Longwalk Road, the leading global talent management, events, media and fashion firm has agreed to a new nine-year lease on 25,128 sq ft (2,334 sq m) on the ground floor of the newly refurbished 101,224 sq ft (9,402 sq m) office building.
