Bromwich Hardy have completed the letting of the final 10,800 sq ft at Earlsdon Park, Coventry.
Earlsdon Park is a mixed-use site comprising office, leisure, hotel, and residential space, including a 100-room hotel and a 620-seat theatre. It was originally built as a technical college in 1935 and has since been turned into offices.
Acting on behalf of Clearbell Capital and XLB Property, Bromwich Hardy and been marketing the premises jointly with Savills. The final space has been let to Band Hatton Button, a regional firm of Solicitors, who will occupy the space as their Head Office.
