Leicester-based contractor & developer Moseley Brown has completed works on its latest project, which has transformed a former public house in Thurnby, Leicestershire into a local food store.
The project at the Swallow Inn on Station Road in the village, has seen the property completely refurbished with the ground floor space now leased by The Co-operative Food to create a new store and the second storey providing two x three bedroomed apartments for private rent.

Designed by Corporate Architecture of Blaby, the new Co-operative Food store has approximately 270m2 of floor space plus ample parking for shoppers and residents of the second floor apartments alike.
