The Building Consultancy team at CBRE Leeds has been instructed by Buccleuch Property to act on behalf of Landlord, Mountcity Investments, to negotiate a dilapidations claim and manage sub-division and refurbishment works at 2 Park Square in Sheffield. The work has enabled an existing tenant to downsize whilst maintaining a presence on the estate.
2 Park Square is a 22,000 sq ft detached two storey office building within Thorncliffe Park Estate on the outskirts of the City of Sheffield.
CBRE’s Building Consultancy team advised and negotiated on the dilapidations claim, reaching a financial settlement which successfully funded the entire office refurbishment programme.
The Leeds team helped Mountcity Investments and its legal advisors to finalise an Agreement for Lease on 50% of the ground floor, project managed the split works to accommodate multiple occupancy and project managed the dilapidations refurbishment to bring the property back onto the lettable market.
This continues a long working relationship with Mountcity Investments.
