JLL has advised Oaktree Capital Management (‘OCM’) on the sale of DoubleTree by Hilton Aberdeen Treetops to 7 Hospitality for an undisclosed sum.
The 120-bedroom hotel is located in the affluent West End of the city within close proximity of local restaurants and bars as well as golf courses and many corporate demand generators.
The newly refurbished guest rooms offer a 32-inch TV, Wi-Fi access, easy chair and work desk with suites offering a separate living area with sofa.
The hotel benefits from a fully equipped fitness centre, a 15m pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool, tennis court as well as a spa beauty room with various treatments available. The Springfield’s Restaurant is open all day and is popular with both guests and locals.

CMS were legal advisors to the vendors, Brodies and French Duncan advised the purchaser.
