Legal & General (LGIM Real Assets) has announced on behalf of its Leisure Fund Limited Partnership (The Fund), that it has has agreed deals with two new restaurant operators at Valley Centertainment Leisure Park in Sheffield. The Fund was advised by Curson Sowerby Partners and Savills (UK) Ltd.
Independent restaurant, Proove Ltd has signed a 15 year lease on Unit 4 which comprises 3,702 sq ft, plus outside seating area. The popular pizza brand is expanding its footprint in the Midlands and North West adding to their existing portfolio of restaurants in Sheffield and Manchester. The restaurant will be the first independent brand to open at Sheffield’s Centertainment complex – home to the busiest cinema in the country – and next door to the FlyDSA Sheffield Arena.
39 wm limited, trading as Thirty Nine, an artisan luxury desserts cafe selling Italian gelato, Belgian waffles & crepes, has signed a 15 year lease on Unit 10A, comprising 3,069 sq ft, plus outdoor seating area.
The two new leisure operators join Five Guys, Nando’s, Chiquito, Pizza Express, Coast to Coast and Frankie & Benny’s at Valley Centertainment Leisure Park. Valley Centertainment is anchored by Cineworld and is also home to Hollywood Bowl, Laser Quest, Monkey Bizness and Paradise Island Adventure Golf.
