Nearly 100 professionals from across the Midlands joined together to celebrate the arrival of a global property networking group in Nottingham at its launch event last week (19th July).
YEP Nottingham is the latest UK chapter of the international networking organisation for the property and construction industries, which launched at Brewhouse & Kitchen.
Guests were treated to a summer BBQ, steel band as well as beer and gin tasting throughout the evening which marked the arrival of the group in the city.
Tom Spink from Pulse Associates chairs the committee in Nottingham. Speaking at the event, he said: “It isn’t about tonight, or tomorrow night or the night after, it’s about next year or in ten years’ time, that’s what’s important about networking.
“The events pipeline we have lined up for the rest of 2018 and onwards is really exciting; the committee has been working really hard and we’d like to thank everyone for coming along. Our next event will focus on health and wellbeing in the workplace, so make sure to look out for details of that later this year.”
The event, which was aimed at professionals operating within the property and construction industry within Nottingham and the wider East Midlands, was sponsored by Cartwright Communications, Couch Perry Wilkes, Curtins and Survey Hub.
The YEP Nottingham committee is made up of Matthew Wrate of Couch Perry Wilkes, Aiden Bell of CPMG, Annie Brafield of Cartwright Communications, Matt Price and Ben Lancaster from Curtins, Laura-Beth Hutton of Eversheds Sutherland, Rob Haigh of Harris Lamb, Jason Bierton of Nottingham Trent University, Tom Collins of nineteen47, Amy Revell of Paragon Interiors, Tom Spink of Pulse Associates and Michael Goodchild of Survey Hub.
