Software developer Fivium, advised by Avison Young, has acquired new London headquarters offices at Gamla Liv’s 15 Adam Street, London WC2.
Fivium will occupy the entire 5th floor, totalling 5,078 sq ft (472 sq m), on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £71.50 per sq ft (£770 per sq m), following the comprehensive refurbishment of the whole building, including the reception area.
