Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have successfully let Suite 8 Talbot House, 34 Staple Gardens, Winchester. The suite is the first one to be let since the decision was made to market the offices at all inclusive rentals and flexible terms. Suite 8, which was approximately 150 sq ft, has been let at an inclusive rental of £325 per calendar month (£3,900 per annum). Finch Studio Limited are the new tenant.
